Turning creator videos into a faster feedback loop
A transcript-led workflow gave a lean influencer team a faster, more consistent first pass on high volumes of video content.
- Role
- Influencer marketing specialist
- Focus
- Multilingual creator analysis
- Outcome
- 20 to 30 minutes down to under 5 minutes
The team handled creators across several markets, with video as a major format. Each review had to answer practical questions: Was the brief followed? Was the promotional code visible? What did the creator do that might explain the result? Doing that manually took 20 to 30 minutes per video, and every specialist had a slightly different way of reviewing it.
What I did
A practical way through the constraint
- 01
Start with the transcript
I found a way to retrieve public video transcripts in the creator's language. This covered much of what the team needed to assess before opening the video.
- 02
Give every review the same baseline
I built a prompt workflow that looked for brief compliance, promotional-code treatment, narrative choices, and relevant differences from the brief.
- 03
Keep the human review where it matters
The workflow pointed specialists to the parts worth inspecting. They could then check frames, judge the qualitative details, and add findings to the playbook.
Result
What changed
The team could get to a useful first pass in under five minutes and spend its time on the judgment that text alone cannot make. That mattered most during peak sales periods, when the team was working across many creators and markets.
Organisation, markets, and implementation details are withheld. Timings are presented as operational ranges.
